I've been having kinesiology with Elena over the past 6 months. Her treatments have had a profound impact on my life. I had been stuck in self destructive patterns with no clear picture of what to do to move forward. Elena helped map out and reach the root of the issues.
Since these treatments I've been able let go of many past traumas and stagnant voids to move forward in a calmer, more energetic pace.

It’s been 5 months since I had a jaw balance with Elena and the effects are lasting. I feel less tension in my jaw overall plus am using the techniques which came up in the session when I need to which immediately relaxes my jaw. It’s made a big difference. Loved that it was a quick 1 hour session too!

Though this was my first time to experience Kinesiology, Elena's warm and professional manner helped me feel comfortable from the outset. Her listening skills, as well as ability to respond to my needs and hopes over the course of our sessions, helped empower me through the process. I remember my naturopath saying that the practitioner-client relationship is particularly important with regard to the outcomes from kinesiology and I can now attest to that. I also highly recommend Elena's aromatherapy massage for stress relief or simply just to treat yourself.

I found out about kinesiology when I met Elena a little while back after booking in for an aromatherapy massage at the Ambrosia Holistic Health clinic. I have been so impressed with the results. The sessions have allowed me to really relax and check in with myself - it’s like therapy for the physical and emotional energies all at once.
During this lockdown Elena offered to do a remote session. After knowing how an I person session happens I was sceptical at first. However knowing how good the in person sessions are I knew I would be in safe hands with a remote one!
All was done without having to actually speak to Elena which I found relaxing as for me it has been overkill of virtual platforms recently as well as not having a private space in my house to chat. The info from the session was emailed straight to me and Elena has checked in after the session and has answered any queries I’ve had.
I’ll definitely be doing another remote session again if at any point I can’t make an in person session. Thanks Elena!!

I had the most beautiful AromaTouch and Kinesiology session with Elena today.
I have been needing some next level nurturing to help ground in my Prac Training and help soothe the back issue that I created for myself on day 1 (turns out I have a few herniated discs)....I can't tell you how much better I feel.
Elena is kick arse at what she does...her kinesiology knowledge and skill and TCM knowing and intuitive heart helped tie together something that has been popping up during integration that I haven't been able to get to...and bring a few things together from my journey too as an aha 🙂. The AromaTouch massage felt freaking amazing and I love feeling the benefits of the doTerra oils on my body even after the session. Elena's earth mamma energy feels so grounding and the treatment space is really lovely.

I have had several sessions with Elena and always leave feeling wonderful with many insights and tools to use straight away to assist with the issue I bought to session. Sometimes it has been primarily about my physical health and at other times the emotional, mental or spiritual - although usually all of these combined. She has a very warm and professional approach. I highly recommend her. And you don't have to live nearby as she offers online/phone sessions as well. I have had one of these and it worked just as well as in person.
