Kinesiology - Short Session

These sessions are great if you’re just after a quick balance.
Please keep in mind that to explore things in depth and create lasting change some longer sessions may be preferable.
Choose from one of the following balances or we can see what comes up on the day:
-Breath balance - to help you breathe better, naturally
-Jaw balance - to ease jaw tension
-Nervous system balance - to help come out of fight, flight or freeze states

Kinesiology - Long Session

These session go for up to 2 hours which gives us more time to talk, explore things in depth and integrate what comes up. Available in person or remotely (zoom or phone).
Up to 1.5 hours - $180
1.5-2 hours - $220

Essential Oil and Acupressure Massage

Unlike the AromaTouch Technique (below) which uses specific oils in a specific order, in this treatment we use kinesiology techniques to pick out some beautiful essential oils specifically for you. Your body will let us know what it needs! We can explore the oils and what they’re good for, and use them for some relaxing and healing massage. We will also find a point or points on the acupuncture system (meridians) to apply some acupressure to, once again, asking your body where it needs it.
1.5 hour - $180 - In person only

AromaTouch Technique

AromaTouch is a beautiful aromatherapy massage technique developed by DoTERRA using a specific set of oils. The magic of the oils combined with gentle, flowing touch will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated. Yes, it’s possible to feel both at once. AromaTouch technique may help to ease stress, relieve pain, detox, support the immune system, calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, stimulate the lymphatic system and more.
1 hour - $130 - In person only

AromaTouch Technique plus Kinesiology

AromaTouch technique followed by a 1 hour kinesiology balance. 2 hours of spoiling and relaxation! A favourite amongst the regulars.
2 hours - $220 - In person only

Oil, Card, Point Reading

Using kinesiology techniques, Elena will select an essential oil, oracle card and acupressure point specifically for you then share what they are all about. This is a great way to gain some insight and guidance around whatever’s going on in your life. Available in person or remotely. In person readings go for around 45 minutes, we can smell the oil and apply acupressure to the point. For remote readings you don’t need to be in contact with Elena at the time, she’ll share what comes up after and you can apply acupressure to the point yourself and use the oil if you have it. It’s not essential that you have the oil as often the message it provides is enough.
